How to cancel PureGym

Three steps, about 2 minutes.

Steps

Log in to the PureGym members' area on the website or app.
Go to Membership, then Cancel membership.
Confirm and save the cancellation email.

Good to know

Most PureGym plans have no contract, but check if you're on a fixed-term deal. Cancel a few days before your payment date.

Can't cancel or got charged after cancelling?

Write to them with our complaint letter, and ask your bank to block future payments.
