How to cancel Sky TV and broadband

Steps

1. Check if you're still in your minimum term: it's in My Sky, under My Packages. Leaving early can cost an exit fee.
2. Give 31 days' notice by calling Sky or using the cancel option in My Sky online chat.
3. Ask for a confirmation email and the final bill date. Send back any kit they ask for.

Good to know

Saying you're leaving often unlocks a better deal. If you'd stay for a lower price, ask before you confirm.

Can't cancel or got charged after cancelling?

Write to them with our complaint letter, and ask your bank to block future payments.
