Single items costing £100.01 to £30,000 paid at least partly on a credit card. The card company is jointly liable with the seller.
Is there a time limit for chargeback?
Usually 120 days from paying or from when you should have received the goods.
Does Section 75 work with PayPal?
Usually not, because PayPal sits in the middle. Use PayPal Buyer Protection instead.
