How much is UK261 compensation?
£220 for flights up to 1,500 km, £350 for 1,500 to 3,500 km, and £520 for longer flights, per passenger. Long flights delayed 3 to 4 hours get £260.
Is the delay measured at take-off or landing?
Landing. It's the time the plane door opens at your destination that counts.
How far back can I claim?
Up to 6 years in England and Wales, 5 years in Scotland.
